My Joy Candle Company, LLC offers free Ground shipping to the Continental United States only . This offer only applies to FedEx Ground,Residential shipping, and USPS. Both shipping methods deliver in 3-5 business days. USPS delivers on Saturday and FedEx doesn't deliver on Saturday. Orders shipped to United States Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska will be charged a flat fee of $20.00 as shipping charges vary by carrier. In addition, there will be a twenty-five dollar cap on free shipping.

Same Day Shipping Offered
Orders received before 2:00 P.M. Pacific Standard Time can be shipped same business day. Your shipping charge will be calculated at check-out,or you can use the live FedEx quote to get your shipping charge before placing an order.( Limited time Free Shipping Offer Applies to same day orders of purchase of $35.00 or more) We cannot ship to PO Boxes as all of our transportation companies use physical street addresses. We will only ship within these United States Of America.
Hot Weather Shipping
We reserve the right to delay shipping without notice to protect your product. We will not ship on Fridays during HOT SUMMER MONTHS. In addition, please click this link to see how weather condition may affect your shipping CURRENT WEATHER CONDITIONS. If Hot Weather is above 115 degrees, we will not ship your candles. Candles ship below 115 degrees. If you receive melted or damaged products, please allow My Joy Candle Company, LLC to re-ship your product at no cost to you. Damaged Items
Products that were damaged in the shipping process need to be reported to My Joy Candle Company, LLC within three business days. The product will be replaced at no additional charge. In rare circumstances where damaged product is not reported within three business days, we will not be able to refund your charges as we cannot make claims to our carriers. To report Damaged items please use our link. support@myjoycandlecompany.com As always, My Joy Candle Company, LLC will ship your new product via ground shipment as soon as we are made aware of the loss. Please attach digital photograph, time stamped and date of damaged product.
Signature Required Policy
Signatures will be required on all packages valued at $100.00 or more. If your package is returned due to no signature, we will accept the package and charge a 25% restocking fee and the return shipping fee will not be refunded.
Payment Methods
To purchase any item on this website, do so by adding the item to the shopping cart, or buy it now option. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and Google Checkout for on-line orders and will result in immediate shipment. Simply click "Proceed to Checkout", Google Checkout, or check out with Pay Pal. Either way, your payment will be processed on our SSL certified server and you are protected by our $100,000.00 Assurance policy for relying on our servers. Cancellation Policy
Order cancellations must be received before 2:00 P.M. Pacific Standard Time the day the order was placed. If the order was placed after 2:00 P. M. Pacific Standard Time, then the cancellation request must be received prior to 2:00 P.M. the next business day. For example, an order placed on Friday after 2:00 P.M. Pacific Standard Time, then Saturday would be the next business day as we are open for business on Saturday. Cancellations must be received through our email link or via My Joy candle company, LLC telephone number 1-888-316-9550.
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the product to us within 10 business days after purchase and we will gladly refund the purchase price. Please note: we will not refund shipping fees. Please, if you would like to exchange your product, return your product within 10 days and we will be happy to ship another product to you. Also, please return our product in the original packaging and in new condition. The return will be at your expense and the shipping of the new product will be charged a flat fee of $5.50. Limit of 2 exchanges per order. MYJoy Candles bought through our fine Hotels, Spas, Retail Stores and Boutiques must be returned through the Hotel, Spas, Retail Store and Boutiques. All returns must be authorized by My Joy Candle Company, LLC and unauthorized returns will not be accepted. MYJoy Candles Bought through fine Hotels, Spas, Retails Stores and Boutiques will be returned under their respective return policies and do not need return authorization of MYJoy Candle Company, LLC.
